He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Franklin Probus and Emma Jean Ferry; and his brother John Hatalla. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Brumleve Probus; his children, Daniel Probus (Erin Freel), Jaime King (Lee Stearman) and Jess Tipton; his stepchildren, Bethany Dezarn (Cory) and Justin Wayman (Joyce); his grandchildren, Jacob, Jazlyn, Cassie, Raistlin, Rhiannon, Xavier, Tyler, Brayden, Brittany, Aaron and Olivia; his great grandchild Cayson; and his siblings, Beverly Woosley, Carol Farrow and David Probus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Center - Scott Chapel (921 Main St, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
