He was predeceased by: his parents, George (Ethel Smith Francis) and England; his wife Elaine Lee Francis; his brother Reginald Francis; and his sister-in-law Lynn Holsinger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Brown of Devon, England, Rebecca Brocato of Maurepas and Linnea Duke Allen of Clarksville, Indiana; and his brother-in-law Wayne Holsinger of Clarksville, Indiana. He is also survived by three grandsons, two granddaughters, three great grandchildren, and many friends.
