He is survived by: his daughter Kim Smith-Keith (Tim Baker); his grandchildren, Destiny Keith (Jake) and Waylin Keith (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Jacqulyn Keith and Griffin Harper; and his siblings-in-law, Jacqie Smith, Kieran Smith and Donnie Nelson.
