She is survived by: her husband Dennis "Denny" Toby Sr.; her children, Dennis Toby Jr. (Doranne) and Shannon Maddox (Chris); her grandchildren, Jennifer Toby (Lance) and Brecken Maddox; her great grandchildren, Jenna, Blake, Luke, Ella and Caleb; and her siblings, Janie, Beverly and Greg.
