He was predeceased by: his father Paul Middleton; and his brother Paul Middleton Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Virtie Middleton; his sister Pamela Shelton; his children, Steven Middleton Jr. (Megan), Gavin Middleton (Rebecca) and Kimberly Middleton; and his grandchildren, Alison Middleton, Olivia Middleton, Molly Middleton, Amelia Middleton, Alex Middleton and Emma Middleton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
