He is survived by: his close friend Tammy "Babe" Hampton; his daughter Haylee Duke; his granddaughter Yuriel Eubanks; his son-in-law Isaiah Eubanks; his brother Lonnie Woosley; his sister-in-law Sunny Woosley; his aunt Vicky Henderson; and his brother-in-law Jerry Hampton. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
