He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William David Lowe Sr., Mary Lowe and Veronica Vance; and his uncles, Bobby Lowe and William Lowe Jr..

He is survived by: his parents, Elvira Ivy Lowe and Ontario Devon Miller Sr.; his brothers, Trentin Lowe and Ontario Miller Jr.; his grandfather Ivory Miller; and his aunts and uncles, Brenda Bendson, Mary Lowe, Dujunia Miller, Leah Nelson, Stacey Nelson, Don Lowe (Daneen), Tony Lowe and Shannon Kaiser. He is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
