He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Ottinger and Joan Ottinger (Eytcheson); his brother Richard; and his son Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ottinger; his children, DeLaney Smith (Cody), Zoe Ottinger, Savannah Ottinger and Nathan Ottinger; and his sisters, Karen Nelson and Bernice Hodgin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family; and many friends.
