He is survived by: his daughters, Cara Lynn Beeler (Mike) of Henryville and Billie Jean Boggess (Craig) of Sellersburg; his grandchildren, Nicholas Beeler, Kate Nunez, Sara Payne, Monte Crawford, Levi Barnett and Nick Walker; his sisters, Vivian Rawlings, Mary "Toby" Lambert of Fredericksburg, Beverly Chastain (Mike) of Arligton and Sandy Wright of Jeffersonville; and his caregivers, Cindy Willis, Anna Wilson, Ron Pierce (Jimmy), Melissa Porche and Jessica Knight. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
