She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Stevens (Culbertson) and Morris Stevens; her brother David Stevens; and her close friends, Joe Hurlock, Rocky Lawson and Gerald Holloway.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Hodupp (Gary) and Jim Hurlock; her grandchildren, Amanda Ayres (Terris), Brad Hodupp (Jamie), Tina Hodupp, Madi Hodupp, Amy Silverthorn (Ty), Jayme Hurlock and Jody Culley (Mike); her close friend William Biddle (Bill); and her siblings, Richard Stevens (Bekki) and Barbara Mitchell (Jeff). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
