She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Williams and Julia Williams; and her siblings, Bill, Clyde, Samuel, Jr., Jimmy Williams and Joann Brinker.
She is survived by: her husband Bob; her stepdaughter Terri Kim Wagoner; her sister-in-law Norma Mattingly; her grandchildren, Jamie Elliott, Bradley Wagoner and Jennifer Wagoner; her niece Mindy Snyder (Aaron); and her great-niece Madison Turner (Bryce). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and four great-grandchildren.
