She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Shively and Nell Shively (Harrington); her son Jeffrey Lockridge; her grandson Christopher Lockridge; her siblings, Richard Shively (Mary Alice) of Greenwood, Herb Furnish of Gas City, James Shively (Helen) of Jonesboro, Jack Shively and Pauline (Whittingham); and her mother-in-law Della Mae Lockridge.
She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Shertzer (Mark) of Dothan, AL; her grandson Sean Lockridge (Tiffany); her great grandchild Ellorie Lockridge; and her nieces and nephews, Josh Furnish (Jamie), Benjamin Furnish (Jeanna), Debbie Cantonese (Mike), Jon Shively (Elaine), Larry Shively, Patty Shively, Cindy Shively and Mike Shively (Alice).
