He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Webb and Thelma Mae Webb (Widner); and his grandchild Lindsey Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Cathy (Gayle Shaw), Melinda (Robert Holloway), Nita (Curt Hosier), Susan (Joe DeVore), Wilbur (Lori Webb III) and Scott (Stacey Webb); his grandchildren, Megan, Scott Gross, Jason, Tiffany Shaw, Kayla, Clint Jump, Allison, Brandon McGuire, Jeremy, Lisa Hosier, Drew, Aleta Hosier, Ryan, Kate DeVore, Mason, Alex Webb, Christina and Korbin Cruea; his great grandchildren, Nathan Shaw, Kayleigh, Lauren, Lindley Gross, Ellie, Parker Shaw, Zella Holloway, Chloe, Hadleigh, Mayven Jump, Huxley, Mozzi, Maren McGuire, Maxwell, Vail, Charlotte, Graham, Brooks, Penelope Hosier, Ava and Cannon Cruea; and his sisters, Saundra Smithson and Rosalyn Smith.
