She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Crager and Rebie Crager (Neeley); her husband Gerald E. Herron; her granddaughter Sarah Herron; and her brothers, William Crager, Carl Crager, Cola Crager, Kess Crager, Bruce Crager and Curt Crager.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Ray (Randy) of Fort Wayne and Johnny Herron (Natalie) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Kelley Konrad (Eddie) of Angola, John Gabriel Herron of Fort Wayne, Sonnie Lamb (Eric) of Fort Wayne, Michael Herron of Kendallville and Christy Bradley of Fort Wayne; and her sisters, Belva Demaree (Harold) of Albion and Beth Mohsini of Colorado. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren.
