He is survived by : his wife Janet Sibert of Kendallville; his children, Terry Sibert (Polly) of Kendallville and Tammela Teders (Steve) of Kendallville; his sister Janet Bodenhafer (Kenny) of Kendallville; his grandchildren, Nathan Sibert (Nicole), Tiara Stratton (Chris), Ashlyn Buttermore (Luke) and Devin Teders (McKenna); his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Stevie Teders; and his stepgreat-grandchild Ryker West. He is also survived by his family, friends.

Memorial donations may be made to Wayne Center United Methodist Church or Heart To Heart Hospice.
