He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Arthur "Bud" Campbell and Maxine Eldora Campbell (Shutt); and his sister Nancy Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Betty Campbell of Kendallville; his children, Debbie (Jim Fugate), Kathy (Barry Bley), Nancy Campbell of Fort Wayne, Terry Lewis of Kendallville, Sheri (Chad Walkup) and Bobby (Rachel Campbell); and his brothers, Jerry (Sandy Campbell) and Sam (Carol Campbell).
