He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Junior and Ethel Irene Skaggs (Ritchie); and his siblings, Denver Skaggs, Ronlee Skaggs, Donald Skaggs and Tammy Ard.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Skaggs of LaGrange; his children, Darin Skaggs (Racheal) of White Pigeon, Dusty Hass (Sandy) of Wolcottville and Marla Combs (Robert) of LaGrange; his grandchildren, Sidney Napier, Emily Napier, Whitney Napier, Madeline Napier, Ashley Springer, Donald Miller, Kimble Miller, Hayley Combs, Ryan Combs and Destiny Eicher (Christian); and his siblings, Tony Skaggs of Rome City, Larry Skaggs of Kentucky, Shelia Slone of Kentucky and Pamela Skaggs of Fort Wayne.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Young Family Funeral Home, Wolcottville Chapel (100 Cemetery St, Wolcottville, IN 46795). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the family for funeral expenses.
