He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Temple; his grandparents, Donald, Donna Temple, Ellis and Lucille Whirledge; and his brother Marc McDonald.
He is survived by: his father Rickey "Rick" Temple (Julee); his siblings, Lisa Householder (Scott), Angela Leighty (Jody), Matthew Ellis, Christopher McDonald and Erick Temple; his stepbrother Ryan Garrison (Wendy); and his close friend Dillon Harrell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
