He is survived by: his children, Larry (Nancy Leonhardt) and Angela (David Smith); his former wife Stephanie Iacono of Kendallville; his grandchildren, Whitney, Ron Caltumo of Washington, Pennsylvania, Alexis Smith of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, Allison Leonhardt of Bristol, Indiana, Taylor Smith of Little Rock, Arkansas, Josh, Maddie Leonhardt of Laporte, Indiana, Kelsea, Brady Szymanski of Fairchild, AFB, Logan Kline of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Kayla, Matt Fabrique of Gilbert, Arizona, Kate Slick of Sandy, Utah, Andrea Leonhardt of Lagrange, Indiana, Michael Stevason of Gilbert, Arizona and Sara Slick of Sandy, Utah.; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Elizabeth, Wade and Samuel.
