He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Amburgey and Teresa Amburgey (Smith); his sister Amanda Jo Meyer; his nephew Michael A. Murphy; his father-in-law Billy A. Pfleidner; his aunt Athaga Johnson; and his grandparents, John, Mary Amburgey, Hugh and Thelma Hickman.
He is survived by : his close friend Tabetha Pfleidner; his wife Tabetha Amburgey of Kendallville; his sister Brenda Murphy (Tommy) of Butler; his half-brother Tyler J. Amburgey of New Castle; his mother-in-law Janet Sue Pfleidner of Kendallville; his brothers-in-law, Steven Pfleidner (Tara Russell) of Avilla, Jason Pfleidner of Kendallville and Nathan Pfleidner of Kendallville; his aunts, Brenda Madden (Gary) of Amburgey and Betty Amburgey of Littcarr, Kentucky; and his great-aunt Rena Amburgey of Avilla. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
