She is survived by: her husband David Ray Forker, Sr. of Kendallville; her children, Marissa (Gabriel Gonzalez), David Ray Forker, Jr. of Layton, Utah. and Darcy August of Holden, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Seth Bender of Sheridan, Wyoming, Brooke Kennedy of Kendallville, Taylor Bender of Topeka, Mikaela Forker of Kendallville, Paige Eryman of Washington, DC, Neomi Gonzalez of Kendallville, Karrah Marcellus of Kendallville and Isabella Forker of Layton, Utah.; her great grandchildren, Kellan, Tishie, Ariella, Karter, Jacob, Viktoria, Kinsley, Christian, Harper, Ezra, Annabelle and Finnick; and her siblings, Lonnie (Sharon Waltenberger), Dennis (Jewel Waltenberger), Debbie (Slone), Donna Davis of Kendallville and James "Jimmy" Waltenberger of Kendallville.
