He is survived by: his mother Connie Milliman (Martin) of Kendallville; his siblings, Janie Mosley of Kendallville, Roy Mosley (Sarah) of Kendallville, Jack Bolen (Janet) of Kendallville, Lucas Smith (Ashley) of Kendallville and Jason Hall of Kendallville; his nieces and nephews, Corrina Rhodes, Ava Mosley, Brooke Bolen, Tyler Becker, Tim Talbott and Jack Bolen; and his friend Lori Schippers of Butler.
