She was predeceased by: her children, Mary Beth Howell, Michael Root and Mark Root. She is survived by: her children, Eileen Bailey (Don) of Kendallville, Cindy Shaub (Mickey) of Avilla and Chuck Root of Kendallville; her daughter-in-law Janet Root of Kendallville; and her siblings, Eileen Kreller of Vienna, Ohio and Dennis Swart (Pauline) of Wayland. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 13 great great-grandchildren.
