She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Whitcomb and Flora Whitcomb (Speelman); her former husband Curtis Lee Jackson; her husband Carleton Hubbart; her grandson Brian Jackson; and her brothers, Howard Whitcomb, Jr. and Raymond Whitcomb.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Ray (Randy) of Bloomington, Kathy Hartman (Mike) of Fenton, Tom Jackson (Kathy) of Kendallville, William Lee Jackson (Angie) of Cincinnati, Amy Hubbart of Kendallville and Edward Hubbart of Union, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Levi Jackson, Anna Jackson, Sam Jackson, Alivia Hubbart, Alex Hubbart, Madeline Hubbart, John Hubbart, Kim Hartman, Jessie Young, Elia, Fedil, Veronica, Cecelia and Ramona; her great grandchildren, Riley Jackson, Grayson Jackson, Philip Musselman and Ethan Musselman; and her half-sister Joyce Radar of California.
Preferred memorials are to Parkview Noble Hospice.
