He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. and Mary J. Carr (Hoff); his brother Philip Carr; and his nephew Tom Neidhardt. He is survived by: his children, Scott (Nikki Carr), Cathy (Jody Neuhaus) and Jennifer (Bob Putt); his grandchildren, Austin Gilbert, Kimberly Neuhaus, Christopher Neuhaus, Alexander Neuhaus, Zachary Seban and Emily Seban; his great grandchildren, Gannon Wicker, Levi Wicker, Peyton Mossman and Oceana Gilbert; his sisters, Sally (Mike Hunter) and Nancy (Dave Aten); Susie Britton of Lebanon and Cindy Carr of Angola.
