He was predeceased by: his parents, John Herman Hoppe and Helen Irene Hoppe (Morris); his sister Lois Hege (Hoppe); and his brother-in-law Richard Carl Hege. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Ann Hoppe (Korb); his children, Darren Hoppe (Julie) of Fort Wayne, Daniel Hoppe (Rena) of Fort Wayne, Rich Hoppe (Christina) of Fort Wayne and Ann Marie Neireiter (Robert) of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Kierston McComb (Christopher), Jessica Hoppe, Tyler Peters, Katie Peters, Kaylee Hoppe and Anthony Hoppe; and his great grandchildren, Destinee Garcia, Luiz Garcia, Daphnee Garcia, Harper McComb and Von McComb.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made for a mass in honor of Jack to St. Vincent's Catholic Church and The Most Precious Blood School.
