She is survived by : her son Rex (Aimee Swank); her grandchildren, Ryan Swank, Derek Swank (Josephine) and Alex Swank; and her sisters, Betty Chapman of New Carlisle, Indiana. and Susan Walters of South Bend, Indiana..
