She is survived by : her husband Glenn Altimus of Kendallville; her children, Chadrick Waugh (Glenda Guenin) and Melanie Altimus (Mony Howe); her stepdaughter Vicki (Jerry Napier); her grandchildren, Josh Mitwol, Jerrmie Reilly, Haley Reilly, Dominique Blackmon, Brandon Hoover, Kyle Hoover, Skylar Hoover, Quinton Howe, Kaden Howe and Chance Howe; and her siblings, Patricia Hayes of Kendallville, Denzil Waugh of Franklin, Ohio. and Millard Waugh of Middletown, Ohio..
