He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hamman and Dorothy Hamman (Leason). He is survived by: his children, Steve Hamman (Anne), Ronald Hamman (Nora), Scott Hamman (Evelyn) and Susan Kahler (Tim); his pet Blackie III; and his siblings, Wayne D. Hamman of Kansas City, Kansas and Lana High of Butler. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a great great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel (222 S State St, Kendallville, IN 46755). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
