She was predeceased by: her spouse Lauren D. Eckhart; her sons, James F. Swartz and Robert Ray Swartz; her stepson Michael D. Eckhart; her daughter-in-law Susan Swartz; her brother John J. Favinger; and her granddaughter Susan Cornell.
She is survived by: her daughter Ann; her son-in-law Thomas Godfroy of Huntsville, Alabama; her grandchildren, Rhonda Frick Ledger (Brian) of Stillman Valley, Carroll Jeanne Schreibman (Gary Burch) of San Francisco, Jaime Swartz (Emmicia) of Nashville and Kristin Frick (Matt Turner) of Monroe, Michigan; and her stepgrandchildren, Milton Eckhart (Holly), Michelle Edwards (Gary) and Mark Eckhart (Deann). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and one great great-granddaughter.
