He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Warren and Phyllis Jane Lash (Smith). He is survived by: his daughters, Naomi Hovenden-Simmons (Allan) of Columbia City and Krista Santayana (Fernando) of Tampa, FL; and his siblings, Cheryl Ellert (Keith) of Waldron Lake, Janie Shull (Doug) of Massillon, OH, Kristopher Lash (Sherry) of Middlebury and Michelle Yoder (Kent) of New Paris. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 4 greatgrandchildren.
Memorial contributions in memory of Randy may be made to DeMoney Grimes towards his final expenses.
