He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry O. Newcomer and Bonnie B. Newcomer (Deller). He is survived by: his son Alec Traxler of Corunna; his grandchildren, Ade'Rhiana Traxler, Gunnar Traxler and Rozalynn Traxler; and his siblings, Jon Newcomer (Christina) of Kendallville, Ronald Newcomer of Kendallville, Brenda McCorkle (Kevin) of Fort Wayne and Amy Grooms (Glenn) of Goshen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Young Family Funeral Home, Kendallville Chapel (222 S State St, Kendallville, IN 46755). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
