He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Johnson and C. Leona Johnson (Stickelman); his son Douglas Lee Johnson; and his siblings, Janis Hudson and Dennis Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Johnson; his daughters, Tamara Ann Hooker (Robert), Lisa Rena Howe (Mark) and Teresa Mae Ignace (Richard); his daughter-in-law Sandy Johnson; and his brothers, Keith Johnson and Steve Johnson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, his daughters and family and friends.
