He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wallace of Columbia City; his children, Steven (Marie) and Jennifer Wallace of Noblesville, Indiana.; his granddaughters, Hannah Wallace of Kendallville, Molly Wallace of Kendallville and Sophia Wallace (Fort Wayne) of Kendallville; his stepdaughters, Angela (William Hicks) and Tracy (Justo Donias); his stepgrandchildren, Shelbie Klimek (Sean) of Clermont, Florida, Shantell Stezowski (Matt) of Groveland, Florida, Sheridan Asher of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Courtney Salisbury (Anthony) of Rockford, Ohio, Alicia Childs (Kyle) of Payne, Ohio, Kathleen Donias of Pendleton, Indiana, Ryan Donias (Hannah) of Fort Wayne, Andrew Hicks of Haviland, Ohio, Lily Donias of Fort Wayne, Jude Donias of Fort Wayne and Louis Donias of Fort Wayne; and his brother David Wallace.
