She was predeceased by : her parents, Burl S. Edwards and Glendora M. Edwards (Wiedman); her husband Loyd Shepherd; her sons, Brad Shepherd and Loyd Shepherd, Jr.; and her siblings, Bob Edwards, John Edwards, Doris Gose, Jim Edwards and Gene Edwards.
She is survived by : her children, Michael Shepherd of Kendallville, Gene Shepherd (Pat) of St. Louis, Missouri and Margaret Wisniewski (Ken) of Kendallville; and her grandchildren, Chad Prince (Mandy), Brittany Shepherd, Summer Shepherd (Matthew Traxler), Ben Shepherd, Tyler Shepherd (Courtney), Dustin Cupp (Trisha), Shawn Prince (Amber) and Austin Shepherd. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
