He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ace and Gertrude Veronica Neff (Griner); his wife Judy Neff; and his daughter Dana Lee Horan (Kevin). He is survived by: his daughter Denise Neff Mahon (Richard) of Greenfield; his grandchildren, David Horan, Daniel Horan, Kevin Horan, Evan Lyall (Anna), Aaron Lyall and Jaclyn Mahon; his great grandchildren, Aeris and Finnick Lyall; his mother-in-law Etta Mae Schlenz of Knightstown; and his sister-in-law Michelle Eltzroth (Larry) of New Palestine.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Care (34 W Main St, Knightstown, IN 46148). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at the McCray Cemetery (7446 IN-109, Wilkinson, IN 46186).
