It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rose M. Evans of Kentland, Indiana, who passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anson Selby and Ruby Selby (Webb); her husband Mark Evans; and her sisters, Mary Hamilton and Debbie Tackett.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Haskins; her grandchildren, Jacob Jenkins (Michelle), Samuel Haskins and Caitlin Haskins; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Paityn, Samuel Jr., Emma, William and Stephanie; and her siblings, Curtis Selby (Kathy), Luther Selby (Brenda), Myrtle McCarthy, Sue Hyatt, Darryl Tackett and Anita Teeter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jackson Funeral Service of DeMotte (200 3rd St SW, De Motte, IN 46310). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
