With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sunny Ritchie of Kentland, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 3, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond M Nesius and Alice Troxel Nesius Schuh; her daughter Amy E. Hayes (Ritchie); her brother Rodney Nesius; her in-laws, Raymond and Eloise Ritchie; and her stepfather Darrel Schuh.
She is survived by: her husband Gene; her children, Dennis Ritchie (Carol), Teresa Beever (Reid), Caprice Murphy and Marcella Ritchie; her son-in-law Arthur Hayes; her sisters, Lyna Norris (Nesius) and Rita Millhouse (Schuh); her grandchildren, Rachel Madison (Ritchie), Ryan Ritchie (Kyra), Riley Ritchie (Jessica), Matthew Beever (Sarah), Lacey Sanders (Skylar), Dannielle Ellis (Curt), Dustin Standish (Andrea), Dane Standish (Steffanie), Kellen Murphy, Macklan Hayes (Amber), Spencer Hayes, Trevor Hayes, Libby Hayes, Gage Engleking (Brittany) and Jaci Engleking; and her great grandchildren, Johnon, Julius, Ruby, Josiah, Eleanor, Azalia, Khylie, Kenzyee, Killian, Benjamin, Brooke, Brynlee, Jillian, Aubrey, Mackenzi, Kayden, Korbin, Chase, Camryn, Alexxys, Addysen, Alyssa, Everly, Hayden, Silas and Addalyn.
