She was predeceased by: her parents, Lincoln Stiltner and Ethel Mae Stiltner (Wolford); her former spouse Lonnie Lloyd Phillips; her husband Andrew F. Stiltner; and her granddaughter Samantha Grace Stiltner.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Cottrell (Michael) of Bluffton, Vivian Herman (Steve) of Keystone, Jeffrey Stiltner (Chris Ann) of Fort Wayne and Bruce Stiltner of Keystone; and her granddaughter Kaitlin Stiltner (Cole).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Harnish Funeral Home (3220 East State Road 124, Bluffton, IN 46714). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
