It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas A. Gentis of Keystone, Indiana, born in Bluffton, Indiana, who passed away on August 10, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Allen Gentis and Barbara J. Gentis Dunwiddie (Slusher); his stepfather Merlin Dunwiddie; his sister Debbie Kemarly; and his brothers-in-law, Randy Runkle and John Kleinknight.

He is survived by : his wife Kim Gentis (Lovell) of Keystone; his sons, Dustin Gentis (Joli) of Greeley and Corbin Gentis (Kaitlyn Roby) of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Cora-Bryn, Clayton, Riley, Brooklyn, Grayson and Hattie; and his siblings, Yvette Runkle of Bluffton, Bernie Kleinknight of Geneva, Tracy Gentis (Rhonda) of McNatt, Dan Dunwiddie of Bluffton, David Dunwiddie (Cathy) of Ossian, Doug Dunwiddie (Amy) of Bluffton, Donna Eisenhut of Fort Wayne and Diana Mutzfeld (Stuart) of Fort Wayne.
