He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin R. Curtis and Edith L. Curtis (Hicks); his daughter Allison Curtis; his grandson Zeik Curtis; and his brothers, Joe Michael Curtis, Hobart Curtis, Hubert Curtis and Kenny Curtis.
He is survived by : his daughters, Shala Young of Waddy, KY, Monika Curtis of Bluffton, IN, Sadi Curtis of Geneva, IN and Kati Curtis of Montpelier, IN; his close friend Suzy Smitley of Berne, IN; and his siblings, Bobby Curtis of Berne, IN and Debbie Gibson of Decatur, IN.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
