She was predeceased by: her father Jack Carter; her brother Billy Dean Carter; and her granddaughter Brianna. She is survived by: her sons, Brad Zeigler, Alan Zeigler and Scott Zeigler; her grandchildren, Tlitha, John, Hannah, Sophie, Brody, Makayla, Gracie, Jordon and Blain; her great grandchild Aria; her siblings, Mike Carter, Bruce Carter (Lori), Kris Smalley (Tim) and Cindy Dennis (Tracey); and her close friend Dan Perry.
