She was predeceased by: her parents, James Stambaugh and Lucille Stambaugh (Boggs); her husband Charles McSurley; and her siblings, James Stambaugh and Betty Lou Shepard.
She is survived by: her children, Emma Renee Dowell (Jeff) of La Porte, IN, Sheila McSurley of La Porte, IN, Keith McSurley (Jennifer) of Hamlet, IN and David McSurley (Jen) of Rolling Prairie, IN; her grandchildren, Matthew, Leslie, Taylor, Cruz, Justin, Ashley, Dalton, Addison, Nathan, Madilyn, Miles and Micah; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Paxton, Brian, Lincoln, Nelsa, Nina and Aiden.
