He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Wallen and Beverly Wallen (White); his siblings, Bettye Lange-Wallen and William Wallen; and his half-brother Steven Wallen.
He is survived by: his spouse Katherene Bowman; his children, Jeffrey Wallen of Rolling Prairie, IN and Jessica Wallen (Randy Berry) of La Porte, IN; his sister Lois Strahler (Ray); and his grandsons, Jackson Wallen, Grady Smith and Sebastian Koch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
