He is survived by: his spouse Vanetta Moon; his children, Lori Scott (Jerry), Staci Henderson (Brian), Brian Walters (Sabine), Jason Walters and Kyle Walters (Lauren); his siblings, Ron Walters (Helen) and Sharron Stevens; his grandchildren, Haley Phifer, Jacob Bryan, Austin Henderson, Caleb Henderson, Karena Henderson, Karlee Henderson, Trevor Walters, Katie Walters, Gavin Walters, Haiden Walters, Kieler Walters, Brody Walters and Aiden Shelton; and his great grandchildren, Owen Phifer, Ian Phifer, Max Unger, Riley Henderson, Carson Henderson, Carsyn Walters and Sadie Walters.
