She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Evans and Dorothy Evans (Koppleman); her spouse Jesse Dalton Moore; her son Joe Moore; her brother George Evans; her nephew Brian Crick; and her great-nephews, Corbin Crick and Jaden Quick.
She is survived by: her sons, James and Jason Moore (Melissa); her siblings, Dave Evans (Deb) and Kathy Crick (Kenny Waters); her sister-in-law Beth Evans; her grandchildren, Sasha, Caitlin and Kelsie; and her great grandchildren, Braiden, Aniston and Rowan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Day & Genda Funeral Home (608 N Main St, Frankfort, IN 46041). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Green Lawn Cemetery (496 W Co Rd 200 S, Frankfort, IN 46041).
Memorial contributions may be made in Diana's honor to the American Cancer Society.
