He was predeceased by : his parents, Maribel Winkler Haase (Louis Bryan Haase) and Tom; his siblings, Truth Schiffhauer (Fran), Janice Kendall (Jack), Jeff Haase and Mike Haase; his parents-in-law, Helen and Ed Miller; and his brother-in-law Jerry Miller.

He is survived by : his wife Judy Miller; his children, Bryan Haase (Barbara) of Knightstown, Tonya Bryson (Scott) of Lexington, KY and Mark Haase (Kristin) of Knightstown; his grandchildren, Sarah Garthwaite (Andrew), Andrew Bryson (Mary), Joe Haase (Megan), Caitlin Schile (Austin), Benjamin Haase and Lucas Haase; his great grandchildren, Payton, Maddux Haase, Jonas, Nolan and Clayton Garthwaite; his sister Dee Ellen Jarboe of Carmel, IN; and his sister-in-law Pat Hill (George) of Marion, IN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions may be made to the youth ministries of Knightstown UMC, the Parkinson's Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
