He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Johnson and Martha Johnson; his daughter Judy Griffin (Mike); his grandson Bill Welch; and his sister Evelyn Emanuelson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Johnson; his children, Mary Ann Taylor (Jerry), Debi Augle (late Bill), Sherri Swardson (Lee), Theresa Thomas and Michael Thomas (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Amy Taylor, Michelle Fry, Erin Strauss (Jason), Jill Cruikshank (James), Jennifer Mori (Steve), Brittany Snow, Eric Lacher, Macy Lacher, Brady Lacher, Owen Thomas and Noah Thomas. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
