It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys E. Stone of Knox, Indiana, born in Kennett, Missouri, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Morgan; her husband Thomas W. Stone; her daughter Carolyn S. Glancy; and her siblings, Bernie Lawson, John Lawson and Edna Laster.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Baxley of La Porte and Donald "Skip" Stone of Knox; her grandchildren, Robert Baxley II, Tina Cunningham, Dawn Ortega and Dewey Dale; her great grandchildren, Brittany Baxley, Robert Baxley III, Taylor Stone, Trevor Cunningham and Kayla Ortega; her great great grandchild Emirsyn Baxley; and her siblings, Dallas Lawson (Patty) of New Carlisle, Wanda Battles of Gobbler, MO and Mildred West of Memphis, TN.
