She is survived by: her husband Robert Vandy of Knox, Indiana; her children, Alex Gumz of Fishers, Indiana and Nicholle Vandy (Seth) of Knox, Indiana; her father Frederick Gumz of Fishers, Indiana; and her sister Danielle Gumz (Scott) of Guelph, Ontario..
